Frequently Asked Questions
What Should I wear?
You should wear comfortable-fitting clothes, appropriate for the weather. If it is cold, wear a jacket and gloves. A riding helmet is mandatory. Riding boots are recommended; however, tennis shoes will work fine. As you advance, you are encouraged to wear standard riding apparel.
What are my payment options?
All payments are due prior to, or at the time of the lesson. Our lessons book up fast, so we encourage you to book online to make sure you are enrolled. We accept Paypal payments online (you do not need a Paypal account) or cash only, in the case where you prefer to pay on site.
What type of training do you offer?
We offer beginner, intermediate and advanced training. Beginner involves basic posture, riding techniques and grooming. Intermediate includes more advanced riding techniques, tack and dress. Students can move to advanced to learn jumping, and dressage.
Do you issue refunds?
Due to the fact our classes are in high demand, we do not issue refunds for no shows. If you feel you might not be able to attend, we suggest that you not book online, rather pay when you come. Note that there is a chance the classes will be full, in the event you do not book online, in advance.
